Smokey Mountain Tops warrant to the original owner of the Tessaro installation for the first 10 years if it fails due to manufacturing or fabrication defects. This warranty excludes damage caused by acts of nature or physical abuse.

Smokey Mountain Tops warrants tessaro for a full 10 years after the initial installation, when fabricated and installed by a certified Tessaro fabricator. Repair or replacement of Tessaro will be completed by a certified Tessaro fabricator.

This warranty is transferable with the 10-year period only when the new owner writes to Smokey Mountain Tops and registers Tessaro in the new owner’s name. In return, a Care & Maintenance Sheet will be sent to the new owner detailing the proper maintenance of the Tessaro installation.

Smokey Mountain Tops expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No representative or agent is authorized to bind Smokey Mountain Tops to any warranty beyond that which is set forth above.

This warranty gives the purchaser legal right; other rights may also be available which may vary from state to state or, in Canada, from province to province.
